Karen is a certified teacher, who worked for the local school board as a reading intervention specialist for 23 years.  She currently works as a professor at Conestoga College in Educational Support.  She is married to Scott and combined, they have 5 kids and 2 dogs! She loves hanging out with her family, travelling and drinking white wine.  Karen is on the Board of Directors for tri-Pride Community Association, supporting and celebrating 2SLGBTQIA+ folks in the Waterloo Region.
Areas of expertise:  Learning Disabilities, Autism, Assistive Technology, Assessment, Dyslexia, Math, Executive Functioning and Behavioural Challenges. 

Eve

Eve is the lovely voice that you will hear when you call Indigo.  She is a certified teacher, who is passionate about learning and works hard to match you with the perfect tutor!  Her track record is pretty awesome! 
Eve is married to Bowe and has 2 adorable kids ~ Aurora and Keaton.
Eve manages Indigo, mentors tutors, and Karen has nicknamed her the energizer bunny!  (Karen would be completely lost without her).

Heather

Manager / Consultant / Assessment

Heather is a certified teacher who, for much of her career, specialized in special education, helping hundreds of kids reach their full potential throughout her career. She taught in both Toronto and Waterloo. Heather lives with her two children, Lucas and Maia - both learning to find their way in the world.  She loves soaking in the beauty while hiking, travelling, reading science fiction novels and spending time with her family and friends.  We are so blessed to have Heather as part of the team at Indigo!​
