Wondering how your child is doing?
Our tutors will always do an initial assessment to gauge your child's level, and to know where to start.  This type of assessment is best for students who are not too far behind in school.

For some children, it is a great idea to do an in-depth assessment, which will give us a lot more information.  

We recommend in-depth assessments for children in grades K-8, who are 1 or more years below grade level.

When you book an in-depth assessment,  we do a full battery of tests, and provide a detailed report for parents, and for the tutor to hone in on very specific skills.  This of course allows for the best tutoring results possible.

Fees for assessments are $80 per hour.

​The results of this assessment are meant for planning purposes for tutoring sessions, and to track progress over time. 
For an in-depth analysis of any of these skills and including a full cognitive profile, a full psychological assessment is required, by a registered psychologist.
